Job Summary:

This role produces engaging written, visual, or video material to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and connect with a target audience. You will manage day-to-day social media, write blog posts, and produce multimedia content tailored to specific digital platforms. This role combines creativity with execution, creating written, visual, and video content tailored to platform-specific audiences while managing day-to-day social media activities and monitoring performance metrics.


Content Creator Responsibilities:


  • Content Production: Write copy for websites, blog posts, and email campaigns, and create visual assets like graphics and short-form videos.
  • Platform Management: Publish and optimize content for various networks (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) using native tools.
  • Strategy & SEO: Conduct keyword research, apply SEO best practices, and track content performance metrics to refine marketing campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Ability to read social sentiment data and pivot strategy based on social listening and analytics.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal design, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with overarching business goals


Content Creator Requirements:


  • 2–3 years in content strategy, content creation, and content production.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating published articles, videos, or social media campaigns
  • Edit videos in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar editing tools (templates, captions, light effects)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Audition, Lightroom), Google Suite (Slides, Docs)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for editing and proofreading
  • A deep understanding of internet culture, current social media trends, and platform-specific algorithms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred. Plus: Social Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite
  • Ability to travel globally to support events
