Job Description

As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Digital Content Creator joining our team to create compelling multi-format content that grows audiences across digital platforms. This role combines strategy and creativity to turn concepts into engaging content across text, social, video, and audio formats. Success in this position requires strong digital content skills, data fluency, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on delivering content that supports audience engagement.

HOW A DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Sources information and shapes it into multiple formats, including text, social, video, and audio, to effectively engage audiences.

  • Drives content creation strategies to grow audiences across digital platforms.

  • Analyzes audience metrics and leverages data to shape content strategies.

  • Collaborates across teams to deliver content that supports audience engagement goals.

  • Experiments with emerging platforms and technologies to optimize content delivery.

  • Utilizes AI and automation tools to enhance content production.

  • Manages and publishes content on popular social media platforms.

  • Supports digital advertising efforts, including platforms like Meta and Google Ads.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a digital publishing environment.

  • Experience managing and publishing content on popular social media platforms.

  • 5 years related experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on digital content and adaptability to changing trends and technologies.

  • Proficiency in SEO and social media optimization, with a commitment to continuous experimentation across emerging platforms.

  • Ability to analyze audience metrics and leverage data to shape content strategies.

  • Familiarity with multimedia content editing.

  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools to enhance content production.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
