  • Independently manage the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, daily publishing, audience engagement, and brand voice—ensuring platform optimization, consistency, and crisis response where needed.
  • Respond to customer reviews and feedback across platforms, using professional discretion to protect and enhance brand reputation and community trust.
  • Lead or significantly contribute to cross-functional projects, including product launches, media production, and marketing campaigns—exercising high-level discretion and project ownership from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital content creation or marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing strategic content initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in content strategy, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
  • Expert-level skills in digital content creation, including copywriting, visual design (graphic design, video production/editing), and multi-platform publishing.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing analytics, SEO best practices, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.

  • Creative, innovative, and brand-savvy, with a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and continuous learning.
