Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Pay Range - $35 - 42 an hour
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Eagle Community Credit Union's marketing efforts by executing digital strategies across social media, web, and paid channels. This role focuses on creating content, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and support growth.
This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day execution and maintaining a consistent and engaging digital presence aligned with Eagle's priorities.

  • Create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement across platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and organizational priorities
  • Support coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, web, and paid channels
  • Maintain and update website and blog content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Assist with basic SEO and digital content improvements
  • Track and report on performance metrics (growth, engagement, clicks, conversion)
  • Use reporting tools to identify trends and recommend improvements

Experience
