A Brief OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator ("MC") supports the Marketing department through timely and accurate expense accounting, vendor information management, digital asset management, and project management coordination. The MC provides logistical and administrative support at all levels of the Marketing department and actively collaborates on assigned projects to increase brand visibility. The MC also organizes team efforts and activities, partners cross-functionally, and maintains and continuously improves existing processes.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Processes vendor invoices in a timely manner and maintains budget records by efficiently tracking expenses.
  • Facilitates new vendor onboarding and contracts, including tracking and managing vendor information to ensure accuracy.
  • Schedules and coordinates department and cross-functional meetings, such as quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintains marketing calendars and schedules.
  • Performs data entry as needed.
  • Organizes marketing assets on the company's intranet and other digital asset management ("DAM") platforms.
  • Supports high-quality, evidence-based content through Reprint coordination.
  • Provides basic project management support and coordination as needed.
  • Assists the Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned within similar scope.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field. Preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in a marketing coordinator, or similar role. Required Required
  • 1-3 years of working within the legal or other professional services industry. Plus
  • Computer literacy and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to complete assignments accurately and with attention to detail. (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully, both written and verbal with internal stakeholders and vendors. (Required proficiency)
  • Understanding of the legal industry including types of ADR, court processes, and legal terminology. (Plus proficiency)
  • 5% Occasional local, regional, or national travel
