Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital and loyalty marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll develop and execute high-impact campaigns, optimize customer engagement, and strengthen our brand presence across digital channels. If you're a strategic marketer with a passion for data-driven growth and customer loyalty, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, paid media, SEO/SEM, content).
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar to align with company-wide strategies and initiatives.
  • Optimize CRM campaigns and automation workflows to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to create impactful marketing assets.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of loyalty and rewards programs, including offer design, segmentation, and personalized messaging.
  • Monitor loyalty performance, provide insights, and continuously improve customer experience and retention.
  • Partner with IT, customer service, and product teams to enhance system integrations and user experience.
  • Support strategic marketing projects such as product launches, rebrands, and promotions.
  • Manage and improve the current promotional process. Ensure deadlines are met and communicated within REBEL.
  • Assist with creating promotional playbooks and or materials that are shared with operations.
  • Provide direction as needed to support teams to keep tasks and projects on track.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or loyalty program management.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong track record of running successful loyalty, retention, or engagement programs.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or subscription-based industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to Senior Leadership/Vendor partners.
