Job description

The Senior Digital Creative Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, and managing digital content that supports Yokohama Tire's marketing, website, CRM, product marketing, sales enablement, and brand initiatives. This role serves as the department's subject matter expert and champion for AI-assisted creative workflows, leading the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of technologies and processes that improve efficiency, scalability, content quality, and overall creative effectiveness.

The position identifies opportunities to leverage emerging AI tools and automation solutions, develops repeatable workflows, and helps expand Yokohama's ability to bring creative capabilities in-house while reducing reliance on external agencies. In addition to AI workflow leadership, the role is responsible for hands-on content production, including photography, videography, editing, creative asset development, and digital asset management, ensuring all content accurately represents Yokohama products and maintains brand consistency.

Success in this role requires creative judgment, technical aptitude, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while supporting Yokohama's evolving digital content strategy.


  • Serve as the department's subject matter expert for AI-assisted content development and workflow optimization, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, content quality, and creative output across marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the technical environments, software platforms, and computing resources that support AI-assisted creative workflows, content production, and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate, test, implement, and optimize emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and creative platforms that support content creation, website management, CRM communications, product marketing, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Develop and maintain repeatable workflows, standards, prompts, templates, and best practices that enable the Marketing team to effectively leverage AI-assisted tools while maintaining brand consistency, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and optimize creative, content, asset management, website, and CRM workflows, recommending process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, asset accessibility, content reuse, and overall team productivity.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools to support ideation, copywriting, scripting, storyboarding, visual development, editing, content versioning, and other creative production activities while ensuring all outputs are accurate, brand-aligned, and ready for internal or external use.
  • Evaluate emerging AI, creative technology, and workflow solutions and recommend practical applications for Yokohama’s marketing needs.
  • Handle confidential product, marketing, campaign, and pre-launch information responsibly while ensuring all content and creative assets comply with company policies and brand standards.
  • Ensure all product, campaign, and pre-launch content maintains accuracy, confidentiality, technical integrity, and alignment with Yokohama's brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to identify content needs, improve creative processes, and support the development of scalable content solutions.
  • Independently manage content and creative projects from concept through final delivery, including planning, production, editing, approvals, implementation, and archival.
  • Produce and maintain product, vehicle, lifestyle, technical, and other digital content supporting website, CRM, product marketing, sales, brand, and campaign initiatives, including photography, videography, editing, creative asset development, vehicle and tire/product shoots, product launches, content optimization, and other day-to-day production needs
  • Support the ongoing evolution of Yokohama's website and digital content ecosystem by creating, organizing, and maintaining content assets that improve user experience, support product storytelling, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead efforts to expand Yokohama's in-house creative capabilities by identifying opportunities to reduce reliance on external agencies while maintaining high-quality creative standards and efficient production workflows.
  • Identify, evaluate, and support brand collaboration opportunities that align with Yokohama's marketing objectives, ensuring deliverables meet brand, product, legal, and usage requirements.
  • Manage projects, vendors, budgets, and deliverables within established timelines while maintaining organized records, workflows, resources, and training materials that support long-term knowledge sharing and process consistency.

  • Coordinate with agencies, photographers, production partners, technology vendors, and external collaborators to support content creation, project execution, and workflow improvements when specialized resources are required.
  • Provide creative support for CRM initiatives through asset development, editing, resizing, versioning, content preparation, and creative optimization for customer communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Travel required as needed (5%-10%)

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in digital content creation, creative production, digital marketing, creative operations, creative technology, or a related field.
  • Experience independently managing creative projects from concept and planning through production, delivery, implementation, and archival.
