Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Digital Asset Specialist to help organize and manage our growing library of creative content. In this role, you'll ensure digital assets are easy to find, properly tagged, and accessible across teams.

You'll partner with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, support efficient workflows, and keep assets compliant and well-structured. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity and working with metadata and digital systems, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Apply and maintain metadata standards, naming conventions, and taxonomies to ensure digital assets are organized, searchable, and consistent across AEM and Workfront
  • Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including ingestion, organization, distribution, publishing, and archiving, ensuring accessibility at all stages
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to support timely asset delivery and provide guidance on best practices
  • Conduct audits and updates to maintain data integrity, rights management, compliance, and alignment with evolving taxonomy standards, including legacy content
  • Support reporting and analytics by improving metadata quality, exporting data, and contributing to Power BI dashboards and insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital asset management, content management, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of information science principles, including metadata standards, taxonomy development, file naming conventions, and asset organization
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Power BI, and content management systems
  • Familiarity with digital file formats that are commonly used in creative and design workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in library and information science, archival studies, or a related field
