Job description

The Digital Marketing amp; Analytics Specialist supports and executes the company's digital marketing initiatives, including content management, campaign administration, performance measurement, and optimization. This role manages content across company websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms while providing data-driven insights that support business objectives.

Working closely with commercial leaders and senior leadership, the specialist helps execute digital marketing priorities, evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions that increase engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness. The role collaborates with commercial and IT stakeholders to support digital marketing platforms, analytics, reporting, campaign tracking, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Digital Content and Campaign Execution

· Execute digital marketing initiatives aligned with business priorities established by senior leadership and commercial teams.

· Partner with commercial leaders to understand business objectives, target audiences, and campaign requirements.

· Create, publish, and maintain content across company websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

· Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, approvals, and launches.

· Administer email marketing and social media activities, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and campaign deployment.

· Ensure content is accurate, consistent, on-brand, and appropriate for the intended audience and channel.

Analytics and Reporting

· Support the administration, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, campaign tracking, and performance measurement capabilities.

· Collaborate with IT to maintain system integrations, website technologies, security, privacy, and data governance across digital marketing platforms.

· Develop dashboards and recurring reports that communicate marketing performance and business impact.

· Analyze campaign, content, and channel effectiveness to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Prepare and present monthly performance insights and recommendations to commercial leaders and senior leadership.

· Monitor key performance indicators related to website traffic, search visibility, email marketing performance, social media engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.

Testing and Performance Optimization

· Plan and execute A/B testing and other optimization initiatives across digital channels.

· Establish objectives, evaluate results, document findings, and recommend improvements.

· Use performance data to improve content, audience targeting, campaign effectiveness, user experience, and conversion performance.

· Implement approved enhancements and measure ongoing results.

· Stay informed on emerging digital marketing technologies, AI-enabled tools, and industry trends relevant to assigned responsibilities.

SEO and AEO

· Monitor and analyze SEO and AEO performance, including organic visibility, search trends, content effectiveness, and technical factors.

· Conduct keyword and search-intent research to identify content opportunities and performance improvements.

· Recommend and support implementation of website and content enhancements that improve traditional and AI-driven search visibility.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement approved improvements and stay informed on emerging search technologies and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications: Required Skills, Education, and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

· 4-6 years of experience managing digital marketing programs, marketing analytics, marketing operations, or related digital marketing initiatives.

· Experience managing digital marketing initiatives across websites, email platforms, social media channels, and marketing automation platforms in a B2B, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

· Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms required; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.

· Experience using analytics, campaign measurement, reporting, attribution, and conversion tracking tools to evaluate performance and provide business recommendations.

· Experience creating and managing digital content using content management, design, marketing, and AI-assisted content creation tools.

· Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, AI-enabled search, keyword research, website optimization, performance testing methodologies, and emerging digital marketing technologies, including AI-assisted content creation and marketing automation tools.

· Strong analytical, organizational, project management, writing, editing, and content management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Experience with website content management systems, basic web development concepts, and analytics/reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, HubSpot, or similar tools.

· Familiarity with CRM integrations, marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, website accessibility, privacy requirements, and digital governance best practices.

· Experience supporting multiple websites, brands, business units, or commercial teams preferred.
