  • Own and drive the Experiences Hub product roadmap in partnership with Ford Racing

  • Build and operate the Experiences Hub for owners and non-owners

  • Own the full transaction lifecycle, including discovery, browsing, booking, payment, and fulfillment

  • Lead onboarding, migration, launch, and maintenance of all Ford Racing experiences and events

  • Evaluate incoming requests, scope and prioritize work, and align stakeholders on timelines and delivery approaches

  • Collaborate across product organizations to increase experience visibility and placement across the site

  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for Ford Racing

  • Translate racing events and activations into digital placements, personalization, and promotion strategies

  • Identify opportunities to drive direct and incremental revenue from experiences

  • Lead agile planning and ceremonies with delivery teams

  • Drive predictable, repeatable experience-launch processes

  • Support on-site content, copy, SEO, and customer journey planning

  • Partner with CRM and Personalization teams to promote experiences across Email, SMS, App, and Web

  • Develop experimentation and A/B-testing roadmaps to optimize experience surfacing, personalization, and promotion


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience

  • Demonstrated success owning complex, transactional, multi-stakeholder platforms end-to-end

  • Strong product management expertise; marketing background in CRM, campaign, or content marketing is valuable

  • Ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships and align priorities

  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on scope and timing

  • Ability to define direction and drive progress in undefined or emerging spaces

  • Track record of cross-product organizational alignment and feature/product placement

  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers and translating product decisions into direct and incremental revenue impact

  • Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous situations into clear narratives

  • 3+ years of experience owning or building end-to-end transactional or e-commerce experiences

  • 2+ years of experience onboarding partners, products, or content types onto a digital platform

  • 2+ years of experience in Agile delivery and tooling such as Jira

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Adobe Target, or similar digital analytics, personalization, and customer experience platforms

  • 1+ years of experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation programs

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • MBA or Master’s degree, digital experience platform/marketplace experience, AEM familiarity, SEO experience, Salesforce Marketing Cloud familiarity, and motorsports/automotive racing familiarity are advantageous
