Your day to day:
The role involves executing the Digital strategy for Global Manufacturing and Engineering by leading the delivery, adoption, and evolution of Digital Solutions at a new Manufacturing facility. This requires close coordination and collaboration with Manufacturing, IT, IS Quality, and other internal and external partners.
  • Lead and implement the deployment of digital solutions to enhance the digitalization of manufacturing equipment, striving for excellence while providing operational support to the factory.
  • Prepare a technical deployment plan of the agreed digital solutions for manufacturing processes.
  • Execute Delivery and Adoption of digital manufacturing systems in corporation with Local/Global IT, Central Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and External vendors to ensure Operational Readiness
  • Facilitate the development, evolution, and implementation of digital solutions for manufacturing equipment capabilities and features.
  • Facilitate the implementation of digital standards in the factory in accordance with Global Operations Standards and collaborate closely with global teams.
  • Utilize your specialized knowledge to offer technical support to both colleagues and customers.

What we are looking for:
  • University degree in Engineering, Automation and Robotics / Computer Science / Equivalent
  • If the required engineering degree is not present, the incumbent has the proper knowledge and is able to fulfill the technical competencies for this position.
  • Advanced computer programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, Java, Python...)
  • OPC Unified Architecture
  • PLC Programming - Rockwell Studio 5000 Logix Designer
  • Computer technologies, Database systems and technology
  • Practical experience in computerized system validation
  • Project management capabilities with excellent communication and strong

Salary: $114,400 - $143,000
