Ready to bring LLCC's brand to life through innovative, high-impact design?
The Graphic Design Manager oversees all visual communications for Lincoln Land Community College, serving as the steward of the college's brand and visual identity. This role ensures a high standard of professional quality, creativity and consistency across all printed and digital materials used to advertise, promote and identify the college. Acting as the principal illustrator, designer and layout artist, the Graphic Design Manager leads the development and execution of compelling visual solutions that support institutional goals, enhance brand recognition and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
As a staff member at LLCC, you can look forward to 23 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 15 vacation days per year. LLCC staff, their spouse and qualified dependent children are eligible to use the tuition waiver on credited courses. Staff can also enjoy free access to our on-campus fitness center. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design or related field.
  • Five years related experience.
  • Ability to work with Macs and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Acrobat.
  • Ability to keep current with the latest graphic and layout software.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work with Premiere and Canva.
  • Familiarity with a digital asset management system and digital accessibility.
  • Ongoing professional development in graphic design and marketing trends.

Partner with the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and Advertising Manager to conceptualize college advertising campaigns, and collaborate closely with the CCO and/or Communications Manager to ensure all promotional and recruitment materials receive required review and proofing prior to publication.
