The Digital Media Contractor position will primarily assist the Account Management team with day-to-day responsibilities related to campaign planning to ensure media is executed with excellence and that proper financial inputs are accounted for. This role will interface directly with internal stakeholders and will also handle regular external brand facing email communication in a polished fashion. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage own workload by prioritizing competing tasks. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Works directly with Media Account Management team to assist with day-to-day operations; ensuring flawless execution of campaign planning & launch Organize and maintain financial inputs/contracts, updating internal systems to allow for proper invoicing and debt collection Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including Media Sales & Account Management team & Team Beauty agency contacts Interface with clients regularly via email to deliver campaign reporting/optimizations Assist with ad hoc deliverables as business needs arise REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION: BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client services, campaign management, or account management related role, preferably in a digital media environment Media/agency experience preferred, but not required Data-driven mentality with comfortability in reviewing media reporting & providing optimization recommendations Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Experience working in a team atmosphere while independently managing own projects/tasks Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills; verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects at one time Interested?
