Job description

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our small team specializing in the maintenance and repair of AM GENERAL Humvees and Hummer H1's. This role involves diagnosing and servicing diesel engines and related systems with minimal customer interaction. Occasional weekend and on-call duties may be required to ensure fleet readiness.


Responsibilities

  • Perform engine repair and diagnostics on diesel-powered vehicles
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize vehicle uptime
  • Service fuel, electrical, brake, and cooling systems
  • Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify mechanical issues
  • Replace worn or damaged parts efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems
