Trade Products is a division of Arrow International, the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of charitable gaming products and solutions. We are currently looking for a talented Die-Cutter to join our team. The wage range for this position is $23.65-25.90 per hour.


Position Overview

Operate automated die cutter machine to accurately die cut laminated sheets to specification in a fast-paced environment. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs.


Essential Job Functions

  • Generate and die cut laminated sheets on demand according to priorities and manufacturer's specifications.
  • Maneuver pallet loads of material into machine and out of machine repeatedly.
  • Locate schedule / job information - check laminated sheets identifications for common layouts while adhering to schedule date requirements
  • Set-up and maintain machine and all mechanical functions according to specification
  • Orient and load stock correctly into machine.
  • Produce expected quantities and meet daily production requirements
  • Work from written or verbal work order instructions
  • Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations
  • Complete work in a timely fashion within time estimates
  • Adhere to company and departmental policies and rules
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
  • Ability to climb 4 steps to reach platform of the machine and descend steps to change loads
  • Physically able to lift 20lbs - 30lbs occasionally
  • Physically able to push/pull loads of material safely with a pallet jack

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient and able to follow directions
  • Die cutting experience preferred
  • Must be quality and time conscience
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Ability to train on different shifts
