Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Staffing
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our IT staffing business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, vendor relationships, requirement generation, and sales within the IT staffing/recruiting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients, vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendor managers, and client decision-makers.
  • Generate IT staffing requirements for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand requirements and submit qualified candidates on time.
  • Negotiate bill rates, terms, contracts, and client agreements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and active job requirements.
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
  • Track sales activities, client communication, and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of IT staffing models such as W2, C2C, 1099, contract, and full-time hiring.
  • Existing client or vendor relationships preferred.
  • Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, VMS portals, and implementation partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with recruiters and delivery teams to close requirements quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling IT staffing services in areas such as Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and ERP.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Dice, Monster, Indeed, or CRM platforms.
  • Existing book of business is a plus.
