Job description

Schwob Building Company is a highly successful Design Build/General Contractor that has been a Metroplex and National leader in Industrial and Commercial construction since 1977. Our expertise includes Office, Commercial and Industrial projects, with an emphasis on the transportation industry, including trucking, automotive and aviation facilities in DFW, throughout Texas and across the country.

We are currently seeking experienced local DFW & "Traveling" Superintendents. Commercial construction experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in the commercial construction industry will be considered.

You must possess the following:

  • Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor.
  • Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
  • Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
  • Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other construction related software.
  • Construction degree a plus.

  • 5+ years experience in Construction (preferred) with a minimum 5+ years overall experience
