Where you come in:
You will:
  • Support development and execution of the Stelo HCP marketing strategy, ensuring alignment to brand positioning, portfolio priorities, and business
  • Translate clinical and product value into clear, compelling, and compliant HCP messaging across channels
  • Plan and execute HCP-focused paid media campaigns (programmatic, endemic, paid social, paid search, etc) in partnership with internal media lead and agency teams
  • Ensure consistent brand and message delivery across all HCP touchpoints to deliver personalized, compelling experience that creates action
  • Develop and maintain HCP sales enablement tools, including visual aids, brochures, presentations, digital assets, and field resources
  • Support Stelo HCP website, email and paid media content development for Stelo, including ongoing optimization of provider pages, educational content, and conversion pathways
  • Develop and maintain HCP sales enablement tools, including visual aids, brochures, presentations, digital assets, and field resources
  • Drive HCP lead generation through digital campaigns, email journeys, website forms, events, and affiliate programs
  • Serve as a primary marketing partner to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely, compliant development and approval of HCP assets

You will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated marketing
  • Experience developing HCP marketing strategies across paid media, digital, and sales enablement
  • Strong working knowledge of MLR processes and regulated promotional environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and execution skills
