About the Role

G3 Industries is seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects meet technical, quality, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid engineering background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept and planning to implementation and launch.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with engineering teams, production personnel, suppliers, and company leadership.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
