We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through successful execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving project delivery, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technology and operational initiatives
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
