Title: Project Manager - Engineering/Operations
Location: Omaha Nebraska
Duration: 6 months

Job Description
We are seeking two Project Managers. At least one needs to have strong construction background related to the description below.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
• Ensure that business, technical, environmental, operational, financial and scheduling objectives are met for assigned projects.
• Manage project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between facility planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations, marketing functions.
• Responsible for project meetings, planned budget and schedule.
• Manage resources, considering team member expertise and workload in optimization, right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, tech services and construction and keeping within budget considerations.
• Assist in identifying and implementing best practices.
• Ensure communication links are maintained with project team, project sponsors, project control, facility owners and operators.
• Serve as a functional member of the project management team.
• Facilitate the project budget development process. Conduct and facilitate the project review process for the team.
Requirements
Requirements
• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years related professional experience.
• Experience in project scheduling, cost controls, tracking and reporting methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial principles to quantify costs and benefits of projects, to track, maintain project budgets.
Experience in the application of PMI project management
