You will work closely with program developers and system engineers to research issues, determine root causes and implement solutions to system problems. Must be able to support occasional after hour maintenance and on-call support and must be able to lift up to 35 pounds in support of hardware installations. Occasional travel may be required for installation support. This position is an onsite role.
