Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team in the Portland, Lewiston-Auburn and Augusta, ME region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, contributing to our company's growth and success.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to tailor our value proposition
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and present our solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to expand our network and generate new leads
