WMH Solutions is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to support our customers, technicians, and service department operations.
In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between customers, field technicians, parts personnel, and branch operations by coordinating service activity, managing work orders, supporting dispatch functions, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, automotive service, heavy equipment, fleet operations, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or material handling.

Service Coordination & Dispatch
Coordinate service calls and technician schedules
Assist with technician dispatching and workload management
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and service activity
Ensure service work is completed efficiently and accurately
