JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Associate reports to the Digital Communications & Business Analytics Manager and supports the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service organizations through business analytics, sales operations, and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing business data, optimizing sales systems and processes, developing actionable reporting and insights, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enable informed business decisions.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring sales reports, dashboards, and business analytics to support Sales leadership and field teams.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, pricing, contracts, territory alignment, and othe business metrics to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales planning activities including forecasting, quota development, compensation analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Administer and optimize CRM and related business systems, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and consistent reporting across platforms.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for CRM and sales technology users.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, product launches, and process improvements.
  • Support sales initiatives, meetings, incentive programs, and recognition activities through reporting, analytics, and operational coordination.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to business processes, reporting methodologies, and sales technologies through automation, technology, and data-driven solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable business insights.
  • An understanding of business processes, sales operations, and data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and the ability to create professional presentations. • Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, business intelligence, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and leveraging new technologies, business systems, and digital tools.
  • Experience with or interest in process automation, data integration, programming, or other technical solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM Administration, Sales Support, or a related analytical or operational role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform required.
  • Experience with business intelligence, ERP, reporting, or analytics platforms (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or similar) preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sit, stand, bend, lift occasionally lifting.

Salary Description
$70,000 - $85,000 + bonus
