Summary:

The Director of New Development Operations is responsible for all aspects of our new development support operations, including escrow, billing, launch process, community tracking, and developer services. Works with the property managers, general managers, property developers, and third-party service providers on the oversight of phasing communities, while taking a lead role in operations surrounding builders and developers. Builds and manages teams effectively. Develops new development strategy under direction of the Vice President of New Project Development.
