About the Role
The Assistant - Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham's Billing team. This role will be responsible for supporting Billing leadership in all aspects of the billing process, while processing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate. This role will be located in our Washington D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
  • Applying Billed On Account balances as requested
  • Processing time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards as required
  • Liaising with Billing Coordinators to ensure all invoices are generated and queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Managing shared mailbox to ensure that all queries and requests are addressed in a punctual manner
  • Assisting with data input into financial systems
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

  • Display the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage own workload and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Possess strong technology skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

And have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably
  • Prior work experience in a professional services environment, preferably
  • Experience using financial systems, preferably
