Job description

What does a Market Development Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management to existing Food Service on Premise customers to grow volume and meet revenue goals. Prospect new customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance to contracts.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers
  • Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations
  • Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base
  • Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership
  • Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service
  • Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years Customer Service Role required
  • 1+ years Customer Sales preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
