Lead a High-Performing Dental Laboratory Team
Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager or Lead Dental Laboratory Technician looking for your next career opportunity? We're seeking a hands-on leader with expertise in full and partial denture fabrication who enjoys mentoring technicians, maintaining quality standards, and driving laboratory excellence.
This leadership role combines advanced technical expertise with laboratory operations, team development, quality assurance, and production oversight. If you're passionate about creating exceptional removable prosthetics while leading a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Laboratory Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Dental Laboratory Technicians to ensure exceptional quality and productivity.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing technician development.
  • Coordinate daily laboratory workflow to meet production goals and turnaround times.
  • Maintain OSHA compliance, laboratory safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Cross-train team members across laboratory functions to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Support the Laboratory Director with daily operations and continuous process improvements.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
  • Set denture teeth for optimal function, fit, and aesthetics.
  • Perform waxing, processing, finishing, polishing, and final quality inspections.
  • Bend wire for removable partial dentures.
  • Complete denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
  • Troubleshoot complex cases and provide technical guidance to laboratory staff.
  • Ensure every case meets established quality and patient satisfaction standards.

Qualifications
Required
