Job description

Tek Pro Support Services, LLC (TSS) seeks an Administrative Executive Assistant to support our ongoing mission in Doral, FL. This position is 100% onsite and may require travel throughout the year.

The primary scope of work includes coordinating travel to support mission requirements; therefore, one must have access to Defense Travel System (DTS). Coordinate with the various joint directorate staffs to integrate and disseminate decision support documents for execute orders (EXORDs), operations orders (OPORDs), contingency plans (CONPLANs), and strategic operations in support of the Command's coordination requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinates logistics, develops communication, administration, and staff activities directly supporting the Deputy J3s.
  • Facilitates interoperability of joint staff systems and processes to ensure the DJ3s can supervise and manage command processes as required to execute Combatant Commander's (CCDR) priorities.
  • Serves as office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory, screens and directs phone calls, directs correspondence and organizes and maintains office filing systems.
  • Oversees staff actions addressing the Joint Staff, Components, and Interagency coordination issues.
  • Oversees the tracing, staffing and completion of J3 taskers. Assist the J3's Executive Officer as needed.
  • Coordinates with other Command Executive Offices.
  • Plans and interprets joint policies/doctrine to prioritize the DJ3's battle rhythm to obtain CCDR's decision in support of Combatant Command joint operations.
  • Coordinates and conducts IT support services, database development, system management, systems integration/administration, and customer service.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Sr. Executives and C-Suite.
  • Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, organizational tools & written and verbal communication.
  • Must have Top Secret, SCI clearance, and access.

Additional: Travel may be involved, and the primary work location is at USSOUTHCOM Headquarters, United States. Southern Command, 9301 NW 33rd St. Doral, Florida 33172
