  • Commercial Acumen
Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and deal structuring
  • Behavioral Science Mindset

Works effectively across business development, client services, and operations
  • Results Orientation
Driven to exceed revenue targets and deliver measurable business outcomes

Qualified candidates must have at least 7–12+ years of sales experience in patient support programs, hub services and market access or reimbursement solutions along with demonstrated success closing large, multi-year pharmaceutical contracts. Must have strong domain expertise in access and reimbursement workflows, specialty pharmacy and hub models, financial assistance programs and patient engagement approach/patient support and CRM along with experience in healthcare services, pharma agency, or technology-enabled patient solutions environments.

Existing network within pharmaceutical brand, access, and patient services organizations, experience launching or scaling hub services or new patient support offerings and exposure to digital health, CRM platforms, or AI-enabled engagement models are all a plus.

Location & Compensation:

  • US-based, ideally East Coast with flexibility for hybrid working
  • Salary range: USD $195–225K + 20–25% bonus + long-term incentive tied to company goal attainment
