Sport & Spine Clinic of Marshfield is an outpatient physical therapy practice dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to guide a high-performing team while supporting clinic growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based care
  • Review referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions
  • Supervise and mentor clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians
  • Support complex patient cases through direct care as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports
  • Develop and monitor individualized plans of care and treatment goals
  • Promote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
  • Oversee clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
  • Contribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth initiatives

Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work effectively in an autonomous outpatient setting
  • Basic computer skills, including EMR systems and MS Office
  • Experience with balance and vestibular rehabilitation preferred (or willingness to learn)
