Carpet City Flooring Center is seeking a Sales Development Representative to expand our presence throughout Central Wisconsin by developing relationships with commercial customers, property managers, builders, contractors, and other business partners.
This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build a book of business, represent an established local company, and play a key role in driving growth within our commercial flooring division.
- Base guaranteed or Commission (paid whichever is higher every pay period) with higher earning potential as you build your pipeline!
- Base salary: $48,000-$52,000, depending on experience. Typical first-year on-target earnings (OTE): $6o,000-$85,000.
- Paid training & ongoing mentorship
- Variety in your day: office, showroom, and customer interaction
- Relationship-driven sales (not just cold calling)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or commercial sales
• Experience working with contractors, builders, property managers, or commercial customers
• Flooring, construction, building materials, or home improvement industry experience is a plus
