Job description

We are seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Franchise Development Partner.

This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with franchisors seeking to expand their brand footprint.

You will operate on the supply side of franchise growth, building relationships with franchise brands and positioning our platform as a strategic partner in their expansion.

This is a high-impact, commission-based role ideal for individuals who excel in B2B sales, partnership development, and long-cycle deal-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and target franchisors seeking to expand their franchise network
  • Conduct proactive outreach to franchise brands, founders, and development teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present partnership opportunities and clearly articulate our value as a growth partner
  • Guide franchisors through the onboarding and partnership process
  • Gather and document key brand information, expansion criteria, and onboarding requirements
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth integration of newly onboarded franchisor partners
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management throughout the sales cycle
  • Track all outreach, conversations, and deal progress within CRM systems

What You Will NOT Be Doing

  • Selling franchises directly to consumers
  • Managing individual franchise placements
  • Handling day-to-day franchise operations

Your focus is strictly on:
acquiring and onboarding franchisor partnerships

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable engaging decision-makers at the executive or ownership level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on performance and income generation
  • Ability to manage longer sales cycles and multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to operate independently within a structured system

Preferred Background (Not Required)

  • Experience in franchise development, consulting, or multi-unit business models
  • Familiarity with franchise systems, licensing, or expansion strategies
  • Background in business brokerage, consulting, or deal-based environments
  • Existing network of business owners, brands, or operators

Why This Role is Different

  • You are building relationships with brands, not individual customers
  • You play a direct role in expanding franchise systems and market presence
  • You operate within a platform designed to support both brand growth and deal flow
  • Your work contributes to long-term revenue through strategic partnerships

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential:

  • Opportunity for additional revenue share on franchise placements
  • No cap on earnings

Example:
A single franchisor partnership can generate immediate compensation, along with ongoing earning potential through future placements.

Growth Opportunity

We are onboarding a select group of individuals as we scale this division.

High performers may have opportunities to:

  • Lead franchise development initiatives
  • Build and manage brand portfolios
  • Step into leadership roles within the organization
