Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative functions to ensure timely and accurate employee training, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Identify key indicators of learning transfer using assessment and survey data throughout the season to identify areas of opportunity & success.
  • Communicate clearly with L&D team and stakeholders to provide information about assigned trainers, course schedules and locations. Maintain the public calendar.
  • Monitor completion records and attendance records for ILT sessions in L3.
  • Manage reports for all seasonal arrivals; schedule and communicate training activities.
  • Create and update instructional materials, surveys, assessments, and presentations.
  • Systematically audit public documents and SOPs to ensure accuracy and branding.
  • Coordinate and monitor employee compliance training, communications, and reports.
  • Maintain courses in L3; upload, audit and update as needed.
  • Coordinate supply ordering and training space bookings for L&D department.
  • Respond to L3 questions and L&D requests as the admin for support tickets and emails.
  • Provide production and co-facilitation support for virtual learning using MS Teams.
  • Assist with special projects as requested by the manager and Director.
  • Manage storage, tracking, check-out, and delivery of L&D technology equipment, helping to troubleshoot issues with connectivity, passwords, and other issues.
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Project and data management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 360 Suite and LMS.
  • Advanced copy editing and technical writing skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

  • Knowledge of Company policies and procedures helpful.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Articulate Rise, Survey Monkey and other authoring tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with Copilot and Smartsheet strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements include:

  • Must be able to stand for variable amounts of time, approximately 8 hours.
  • Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to locations across the park.
