We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our marketing strategies and sales execution. You will lead lead-generation initiatives, manage outbound and inbound pipelines, and optimize our revenue growth strategies. Core Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and oversee outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with sales goals and customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of development representatives to hit and exceed monthly targets.
  • CRM & Data Analysis: Maintain data integrity within our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs).
