What You'll Do

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you'll begin your career in a comprehensive sales development program designed to prepare you for a successful transition into an Account Executive role. You'll learn how to build strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver consultative workforce solutions to healthcare organizations.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a structured sales training program focused on consultative selling and business development
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation
  • Schedule meetings with healthcare leaders and key decision-makers
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Learn to identify workforce challenges and recommend customized talent solutions
  • Shadow and collaborate with experienced Account Executives on client meetings and presentations
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities to support future sales growth
  • Work closely with your manager and teammates to achieve individual and team goals
  • Prepare for promotion into an Account Executive role through hands-on training and real-world client experience
