Job description

We are looking to hire a professional Client Development Associate (CDA) who can convert prospects into sales opportunities, manage initial stages of the sales process, be proactive to further build pipeline for the Intapp sales team, and use CRM and marketing automation systems to report on lead velocity and pipeline creation.
The Client Development Associate will work as part of the Marketing Team and close with the Sales Team to assist in managing sales activity & pipeline, hunting for new client opportunities, and improving the quality of targeting and lead-generation data in our CRM database.
What you will do
  • Build and advance pipeline by converting inbound and marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities - securing meetings, demos, and event engagements that move deals forward.
  • Develop a working command of Intapp's products, value propositions, and client use cases so you can hold credible, consultative conversations with senior buyers from day one.
  • Strengthen the quality and depth of CRM data through targeted research, industry monitoring, and direct outreach - keeping contacts, firmographics, and opportunity records accurate and actionable.
  • Run outbound prospecting and support targeted campaigns end to end, from identifying the right contacts to securing sign-ups and participating in execution.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between field sales, marketing, and support functions - coordinating the inputs and information the team needs to close deals faster.

What you will need
  • Proven sales or marketing experience in a technology environment, with a track record of hitting goals - experience in legal, accounting, consulting, or private capital markets is a strong advantage.
  • Clear, confident communicator - you can write and speak with the credibility required to engage C-level buyers at professional firms.
  • Fluency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the discipline to keep data clean, reports current, and pipeline visibility sharp.
  • Highly organized and self-directed - you manage competing priorities without dropping details and don't wait to be told what needs doing.
  • Genuine curiosity about the markets and clients we serve, or the drive to get up to speed quickly and go deep on what matters to our buyers.

What you will gain at Intapp:
At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We'll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
Here, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Expand Your Skills: Unlock your potential with professional development opportunities supported by a community of experienced professionals. We offer reimbursement for training and continuing education to help you stay ahead in your career.
