About the Role

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting patient referrals and forging strong relationships with physicians, surgeons and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Direct contact with current and potential referral sources such as physicians, healthcare organizations, allied health professionals, and payers.

  • Provide direct impact on the financial growth of the organization, particularly in the defined market.

  • Manage/cultivate relationships with current and new referral sources.

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of a referral tracking system.

  • Coordinate educational in-services, meetings both formal and informal and social events.

  • Utilize marketing experience and knowledge to integrate into targeted systems/groups.

  • Assist with determining and establishing contacts within physician practices and hospital systems.

  • Promote ForMotion initiatives and rehabilitative programs to external customers.

  • Maintain established professional standards and exceptional customer experience for both internal and external customers.

  • Increase brand awareness.

  • Attend weekly staff meetings as defined fluidly by management. Report to leadership any trends or data determined through research.

  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field; or Associate's with relevant experience.

  • Three to five years of experience in P&O or other healthcare related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Strong interpersonal, oral (includes telephone skills) and written communication skills.
