About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teachers to join our team in Loxley, AL. As a teacher, you will support children’s school readiness by providing a safe, culturally and linguistically responsive, and developmentally appropriate Head Start classroom environment.


Qualifications:

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or state equivalency
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Experience teaching in a classroom setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans


Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
