Crafted Highlights:
In the roleof Research and Development (R&D) Pilot Brewer 1 working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the Brewing Innovation and Quality Team. You will support new product development and the technical exploration of new products, processes and/or ingredients.
This position reports to the Manager Pilot Brewery and works closely with Research and Development and Technical Brewing Teams.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Process Development/Innovation - Safely spearhead groundbreaking pilot and large-scale trials, paving the way for exciting new process developments and innovations.
  • Continuous Improvement - Dive deep into process review, proposing game-changing improvements in equipment, process, and automation that bolster our pilot plant capabilities.
  • Project Management - Ensure each project is executed with meticulous attention to detail, delivering nothing short of world-class results.
  • Research and Development - Collaborate with the MCBC R&D and technical brewing team(s) supporting business objectives and venturing into uncharted territories of beverage processing.
  • Team Powerhouse - Be an integral part of a diverse team of brewing professionals, collectively driving the success of the department, division, and the entire company.

Key Ingredients:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Brewing or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in brewing operations, beverage, and/or process development.
  • Understanding of quality control throughout brewing, liquid processing, and packaging.
  • Ability to understand, troubleshoot and correct process, control, or maintenance issues.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $77,500.00 - $101,700.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
