The Opportunity
You will work directly with senior and experienced executives, join client meetings, help build relationships, identify opportunities, have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. You'll have significant exposure to decision-makers across industries and play a key role in helping grow the company from an early stage.
We are looking for an early-stage Business Development Associate who is curious, proactive and motivated to contribute meaningfully from the start. Someone who can connect with people, ask intelligent questions, identify business pain points, and communicate value, not just pitch products.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, events, and research.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders at target accounts, providing education on modernization, digital transformation, AI adoption, legacy systems and operational efficiency.
  • Research industries, competitors, and emerging AI trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Evaluate industrial landscapes and emerging shifts to convert strategic objectives into actionable outreach, collaborative ventures, and focused growth initiatives.
  • Help create proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Consistently outperform assigned goals and earn your promotion to a full-cycle Account Executive title
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate need into business opportunities.
