Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PMPosition Summary

Metals & Additives is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and assist with checkin
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • File, scan, copy, and organize documents
  • Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets
  • Send and respond to emails professionally
  • Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as assigned
  • Qualifications
