Founded in 2006, we specialize in cybersecurity, information assurance, systems engineering, enterprise IT and network support, C5ISR, and software development, with internal R&D in extended reality (XR)—including VR, AR, and MR—for training and simulation.

Envision is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Arlington, Virginia.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests.
  • Perform routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. 
  • Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, and excellent organizational & time-management skills.
