So, what will the Administrative Assistant at Terrestris do?
As the Administrative Assistant you will provide essential administrative and clerical support across Bureau of Economic Analysis offices. You will ensure efficient daily operations by supporting scheduling, documentation, meeting logistics, recordkeeping, and routine bureau processes. This work requires professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to BEA standards for confidentiality and administrative procedures.
What does a typical day look like for an Administrative Assistant?
You will:
  • Process inter-office, incoming, and outgoing mail.
  • Track and log incoming and outgoing official correspondence.
  • Copy, scan, and file documents in physical files and/or electronic files.
  • Serve as GovTA timekeeper (time and attendance) for direct hire employees.
  • Log and track documents.
  • Route travel reimbursement and training requests.
