THE MARKETING ASSISTANT POSITION IS LOCATED IN KNOXVILLE, TN AND IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REMOTE WORK.

Your Potential Role:

Support the Business Development department with administrative tasks, content creation, event planning, and maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Assists in planning events for our team (sports outings, luncheons, company picnics, etc.).

2. Updates Denark’s social media (Facebook and LinkedIn).

3. Creates and updates collateral materials, artwork for signage, etc. using Adobe InDesign. 

4. Prepares drafts of internal & external Denark newsletters. 

5. Assists with ordering of promotional items and printed materials. 

6. Assists with the creation of interview and presentation materials.

7. Assists in keeping CRM database of clients & partners up to date.

8. Assists in keeping BD & Marketing Activities up to date in CRM. 

9. Performs additional assignments as assigned.


Your Education, Credentials & Skill Set

· Degree in Marketing, Communications or a business-related field.

· Minimum one year of experience working in a Marketing assistant/coordinator role.

· Proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, and Photoshop required.

· CRM software experience desired.
