The Apparel Development team is looking for a driven, passionate, and dedicated individual to join the team as our Sample Coordinator in Lulusโ LA Office.ย As the Sample Coordinator, you willย be responsible forย managing, tracking, and organizing all apparel development samples and swatches in the LA officeย and any miscellaneous tasks that arise. Additionally, you will be the point person for any necessary vendor communicationย regardingย the status of a sample.ย
Key measures of success will be your ability to adapt, take initiative, and be resourceful, your ability to act as a culture carrier and represent Lulus in a positive and professional light, and your ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve sometimes complex and unexpected issues.ย
This role follows a fully in-office schedule, Monday through Friday, based out of our LA office.

Assist Developers & Buyers in managing, tracking, andย organizingย all samples & swatches that come into the LA office; bring samples & swatches down from the 4th floor and organize by Developer/Buyer/category for daily reviewย
Sort, distribute, and organize incoming samples by development stage (Proto, Fit, PP, TOP, Sheerness Check, etc.) and team ownership to ensureย timelyย reviewย
Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries for the Buying, Development, Production, and Technical Design teams, including shipping samples back to vendors as neededย
