Alicat Scientific is looking for a digital marketing specialist with a strong STEM background who is adept at lead generation through a variety of channels, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns.
Alicat manufactures mass flow and pressure instrumentation that is used in a wide range of industries. Our customers use our devices for a vast list of applications, including hydrogen energy research, space programs, vaccine development, and anywhere science is seeking out new answers to the world's problems. To understand these processes and customers, you should have meaningful experience in a scientific field and a strong passion for science, alongside your marketing background. In this role, you will become a master of distributing content to achieve Alicat's goals of increasing new customers and cultivating evangelists for our brands. #Alicat

The Opportunity
Onboard and jump into reworking our site, pushing your changes out to our international pages. Then get ready to work on our content marketing and PPC campaigns, including AEO initiatives, while helping the marketing team track the success of your SEO and page-conversion efforts.
In this role your key responsibilities will be:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
  • Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website content to increase conversions and improve user experience.
  • Coordination: Work closely with content producers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the prospect, stay ahead of competitors, and keep yourself up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.

What you will bring
  • Work experience: 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing position, designing and implementing digital campaigns with positive results
  • Industry knowledge: Experience marketing B2B hardware, with preference for scientific instruments manufacturing
  • Technical skills: Experience in email marketing tools, PPC channels and AEO, SEO best practices, and social media marketing
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Project management: Competent project management skills, able to coordinate multiple initiatives, articulate completed projects in detail, and work collaboratively with a cross-functional international enterprise.
  • Communication expertise: Exceptional written and verbal skills
