About Radix
Radix is revolutionizing how the multifamily world makes decisions. From investment to divestment, and everything in between, Radix brings data transparency, market intelligence, and acquisition modeling into a seamless ecosystem that turns the industry's best insights into confident decisions.

What You Will Be Part Of

As Marketing Manager, you will own the engine that connects Radix’s product innovation to revenue growth. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue, you will drive how Radix goes to market...translating complex data into compelling narratives, scalable growth systems, and high-impact campaigns. This is an AI-native marketing role, where you will leverage cutting-edge tools and workflows to accelerate content creation, streamline go-to-market execution and enhance sales enablement. You will help define how a modern, high-growth SaaS company uses AI to move faster, operate smarter, and win in the market, while also supporting and developing a growing marketing team.

What You Will Achieve

  • Own and execute Radix’s go-to-market strategy across content strategy, product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong alignment across Product, Marketing, and Revenue

  • Develop and refine differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates Radix’s value across the multifamily ecosystem

  • Build and scale a high-impact, AI-enabled content engine that drives SEO performance, thought leadership, and sustained inbound demand

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production across blogs, landing pages, product marketing assets, email campaigns, and social distribution without sacrificing quality or brand voice

  • Lead website strategy and optimization, using data and AI-driven insights to improve conversion across the funnel from visitor to qualified pipeline

  • Translate product roadmap updates into compelling, customer-facing narratives and scalable content systems that drive adoption and reduce time-to-value

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create AI-assisted sales enablement materials, including dynamic pitch decks, product collateral, and tailored messaging for different personas

  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that streamline marketing operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Conduct market and competitive research, leveraging AI to synthesize insights and inform positioning, differentiation, and strategic decisions

  • Own lifecycle marketing initiatives, using segmentation, automation, and AI-enhanced personalization to improve engagement and conversion

  • Establish scalable marketing systems that connect product development, GTM execution, and performance measurement into a repeatable growth engine

  • Mentor and support a Marketing Specialist and intern, fostering an AI-forward, experimentation-driven culture focused on speed, learning, and impact

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, spanning product marketing, growth, or go-to-market strategy

  • Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, pipeline generation, and product adoption

  • Strong experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, AI-assisted research and content tools) to drive efficiency and scale across marketing functions

  • An AI-native mindset...you don’t just use AI tools, you rethink workflows and systems to maximize leverage, speed, and output

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging

  • Deep curiosity and a drive to understand customer behavior, product value, and market dynamics at a fundamental level

  • Resilience and comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to build structure and momentum in a fast-paced startup environment

  • High adaptability and ownership mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and expand scope as the company grows

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience mentoring or guiding team members, with a desire to contribute to team development and growth

Why You Will Love Working Here

  • Comprehensive Benefits

    • Medical, dental and vision coverage designed to support your wellbeing.

  • Uncapped Paid Time Off

    • We trust you to take the time you need to recharge and do your best work.

  • Pre-IPO Equity

    • Meaningful ownership with the potential to grow right alongside Radix.

  • Performance Bonus

    • Rewarded for the impact you drive, not just tasks completed.

  • Learn From the Best

    • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry experts, innovative operators, and leaders shaping the future of multifamily.

  • Build Category-Defining Products

    • Join us during a high-velocity, post–Series A growth stage where your ideas influence the market, not just the roadmap.
