What qualifications are required for this role?Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of marketing and proposal development experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.At least 5 years of experience managing a team of marketing and proposal professionals.Proven expertise in strategic proposal development, with the ability to quickly understand complex service offerings.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with proposal management software, Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.The salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 annually.
