Overview
The Staffing Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in Federal Staffing experience, specifically utilizing USA Staffing system.
Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.
Responsibilities
  • Full range of Federal Civilian staffing and placement duties
  • Determine assessment methods
  • Develop job analyses
  • Build vacany announcements in USA Staffing system
  • Assess candidate qualifications
  • Issue Referral lists
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years Federal Civilian Staffing
  • Public Trust Clearance
  • USA Staffing system
  • Experience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping efforts
  • Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.
