About the Position

HoneyCar is looking for an experienced and motivated Detailer Manager to lead our vehicle detailing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day detailing workflow, maintaining HoneyCar’s high vehicle presentation standards, and supporting a team of detailers to consistently deliver quality results.

As a Detailer Manager, you will balance hands-on detailing with team oversight, quality control, and coordination with leadership. HoneyCar customers expect vehicles that are clean, well-presented, and ready for delivery, and this role plays a key part in ensuring that standard is met every day.

This position is ideal for someone with detailing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership and take pride in managing both people and process.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily detailing operations to ensure vehicles meet HoneyCar quality standards

  • Lead, train, and support a team of detailers to maintain efficiency and consistency

  • Perform vehicle detailing as needed, including interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and refurbishing

  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure the highest level of quality before delivery

  • Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet business and customer needs

  • Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of all detailing tools, equipment, and supplies

  • Report any vehicle damage or concerns promptly and clearly to management

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Communicate effectively with other departments to support vehicle readiness and deliveries

  • Uphold HoneyCar’s standards of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and leadership mindset

  • Prior detailing required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable coaching and supporting team members

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation
  • Flat Rate: $20 - $27, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skill set 
  • Paid Semi Monthly

  • Day shift

  • Full Time

  • 5-day work week

  • Off Weekends
